Terms of Service

Last updated: March 21, 2026

socialize is a recurring digital software service created by Paul Sanders.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using socialize, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the operator of socialize, Paul Sanders / Get The Friends You Want.

2. What the service is

socialize is a digital software service and subscription product. It provides access to a private AI assistant, a web account area, and related digital features delivered through our website, software infrastructure, and messaging integrations such as Telegram.

You are buying access to software functionality and automated digital features. You are not buying coaching, consulting, introductions, event access, matchmaking, a community membership, or any other human-delivered service.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use socialize.

You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login method secure, and remain responsible for activity under your account.

4. Subscription, billing, and checkout

Access to paid features is sold through an authorized checkout provider acting as merchant of record or payment provider for your order. At checkout, that provider may act as seller of record, process your payment, calculate and collect taxes, and issue billing documents.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout unless canceled before the next renewal date.

You can manage or cancel your subscription using the billing portal or other billing method made available to you.

Refunds, if any, are governed by the terms shown at checkout, the merchant-of-record or payment provider terms, and applicable law. We do not promise discretionary refunds beyond what those terms or applicable law require.

5. License and permitted use

Subject to these terms and your active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use socialize for your own internal personal or business use.

You may not resell, sublicense, lease, copy, mirror, or make the service available to third parties except as expressly permitted by us in writing.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use socialize for unlawful, abusive, harmful, misleading, fraudulent, invasive, or infringing activity.

You may not use the service to harass people, spam people, impersonate people, violate privacy rights, upload malicious code, interfere with security, scrape or exfiltrate data you do not have the right to use, or generate or send unlawful content.

You remain responsible for the information you submit and for how you use drafts, reminders, suggestions, or outputs produced by the software.

7. AI outputs and no guarantee of outcomes

socialize uses automated systems and AI-generated outputs. These outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation and should be reviewed by you before use.

We do not guarantee friendships, introductions, networking results, event access, professional opportunities, business outcomes, or any specific social result.

8. Your content and our software

You retain ownership of the content and information you submit to socialize.

You grant us the rights needed to host, process, store, transmit, and analyze that information solely to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the service.

All rights in the socialize software, branding, site content, and service design remain with us and our licensors.

9. Third-party services

socialize depends on third-party services for authentication, hosting, billing, email delivery, messaging integrations, AI processing, and related infrastructure.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for downtime, changes, pricing, or policies imposed by third-party providers.

10. Availability, suspension, and termination

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if billing is inactive, if you violate these terms, or if your use creates legal, security, operational, or abuse risk.

You may stop using the service at any time. Ending your use does not automatically cancel a recurring subscription; cancellation must be completed through the billing flow.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

socialize is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business interruption.

Our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to socialize will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
